Philosophy

Conflicts within ourselves, our relationships, and our daily environments can slow our momentum. Having a professional, impartial source of support is an important step in regaining forward motion. Building confidence is necessary to feeling empowered and enacting the changes you want to see. Therapy provides the space needed to take inventory of the reality that is in order to build the foundation for the reality that will be.

I practice through collaboration. Therapy is an investigation, and our combined experience informs the process. Everything you bring to the discussion is meaningful and helps us to build rapport and formulate important questions. Together, we'll collaborate to reach goals you set for yourself in a relaxed, unrestrictive space.

I am the sole owner of Collaborative Psychotherapy. Unlike group practices, no partially-licensed clinicians, interns or other principal therapists will be involved in your treatment. This results in a completely private and cohesive climate for our work.
